RARS Volunteer Examiners are accredited through the W5YI VEC. The RARS W5YI VE team will conduct exams at the hamfest site. Walk-in registration and testing begin promptly at 9:00am. Walk-in registration will be accepted until 10:00am The W5YI exam fee is still $14. You MUST bring the following in order to take exams: A picture ID Your original license A copy of your license (to be sent with exam results). Any CSCEs to be used for credit toward upgrades.
