Articles of Incorporation: August, 1990
The corporation is organized for the purpose of promoting the electronic communication of information of public interest to and among the general public and governmental entities, and the corporation is organized exclusively for educational, scientific and charitable purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, or corresponding sections of any future United States Revenue Law.

Bylaws: August 1990 3. Purposes
3.01 This corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, scientific and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954, as amended.

3.02 Specifically, this corporation is organized to:

a. provide a forum for communicating information and ideas to the public by means of computers and their related software and peripherals;

b. educate the public by use of computer communications;

c. encourage the creation, modification, and maintenance of hardware and software for public information."
