[Airmen-airshow] The First annual Aviators' Ball-Celebration [ABC 2009]

Dear Friends of Flying,

The Florida Aviation Historical Society [FAHS] invites-all-to-the-Ball  
always on New Year's Eve.

Our ABC will take place in the Tampa Bay area this new year's eve,  
venue TBA.

We invite all Aviation Communities across the USA to Have-a-Ball;  to  
organize and have an local Invite-all-to-the-ball local Aviators' Ball.

Why?

1. to bring the flying/aviation community and those who live in that  
aviation/airport community - core area [10sm radius]  bring all  
together at least once a year...

2. to help make AOPAs' ASN program more successful with the  
opportunity to be more proactive verses typically reactive...

3. to have fun on a good fun/fund raiser day.

4. to raise funds for flying kids: for more and better aviation books  
at the local libraries, and my favorite - to build AeroTheme  
Playgrounds at your airports...

5. to increase solidarity - there are over 20,000 airports in only  
5,000 aviation communities have an Aviators' Ball each year - then  
aviation will own New Year's Eve.
