[Anchasl-l] Help on locating lost volume from collection

Hello Everyone,
I am in desperate need.  Vol. 2 of Bockus Gastroenterology, 5th ed. 1995, 
072163723x. has been taken from our shelves.  We have exalted all avenues 
to retrieve it.  I have gone to the publisher, search the web and spoke 
with some colleagues from Duke Medical Center Library.  Does anyone know 
if there is a place where you can buy a slightly used copy,  or prehaps 
someone has an extra copy that they are willing to donate to a needy 
collection?  The publisher was not willing to sell one volume.  There are 
no plans at this time to update.  Thanks for your help.
