[Anchasl-l] MAC library scholars

Dear ANCHASL colleagues,

Early this year the ANCHASL board was asked to help sponsor a couple of 
North Carolina library school scholars attend this year's MAC meeting in 
Raleigh.  The board agreed to provide $200.00 for the cause.  

This is a pilot project to help recruit library school students for 
careers in health sciences librarianship.  Attached is a flyer with 
information and photographs of the 2 scholars who will be attending MAC 
thanks to you and your ANCHASL membership dues.  We should all be proud 
to be apart of this ground breaking initiative.

****Please note:  this is not part of the award (scholarship) project, 
Karen Crowell and her committee are working on.****
