Open Access literature really is digital, online, and freely accessible.
How does that affect libraries, authors, and publishers?  What are the
opportunities and challenges?  This ANCHASL discussion will provide an
introduction to the concept of Open Access and will help to answer basic
questions about this alternative model for scholarly publication..
