[Anchasl-l] ANCHASL booth at NCLA Sept. 2005

Hello Everyone - ANCHASL will have a booth at the North Carolina Library
Association (NCLA) exhibits this fall.

The exhibit should be set up between 8-11:30 am on Wednesday September
21. Exhibit hours will be from 11:30 am to 6 pm on the 21st, with the
exhibits reception on that day from 5-6, and from 9 am to 5 pm on Thursday
September 22, and again from 9 am to noon on Friday, September 23, with take
down of the exhibit between 12-4:40 pm.

Here's a proposed schedule for booth shifts:
Wed. Sept 21 11:30-2:30;2:30-6
Thurs.Sept.22 9-12;12-2;2-5
Fri. Sept.23 9-12


Some of our members have previously expressed an interest in coming to NCLA
and being at the booth. I would like to confirm that those of you who
expressed an interest in being at the booth are still interested and to hear
from anyone else who is interested in doing this.

I will be applying for financial assistance from NNLM, so some expenses will
be covered, although I am not certain yet of which. ANCHASL will qualify for
the not-for-profit exhibit rate of $65, which will be a great help. Thanks to
Robert James for letting me know about the not-for-profit rate.

I would like to go ahead with our application for the booth and would like to
hear by Thursday April 28, from anyone who is interested in volunteering at
the booth. Please let me know your preferred shift if that is possible.
