[Anchasl-l] Survey Monkey Survey

Hello, all.  Moses Cone Health System Medical Library will be conducting a
survey (using Survey Monkey, of course!) beginning Tuesday, 17 January 2006
and continuing until Friday, 17 February 2006.  We are hoping for a total of
some 200 responses, and it  is likely that most responses will come in
during the two weeks in January.  Just wanted to let you know what we have
in mind for Survey Monkey and when.
