[Anchasl-l] Mid-Year 2006 ANCHASL Membership Directory

We are in the process of wrapping up the 2006 (Mid-Year) ANCHASL
Membership Directory. A draft of the members section of the directory
was sent to the 70 people we have on record as having paid so that each
member can check their listing. 
 
If you did not receive an e-mail from me, we do not have you listed as a
paid-up member or an incorrect e-mail address is listed  - which we want
to correct right away!
 
If you have not paid, you will continue to receive communications by
listserv, but you are missing out on some of the full benefits of
ANCHASL membership, such as easy access to the membership directory via
the Members-Only section of the ANCHASL web site and member discounts on
our programs.
 
If you wish to join or renew, please complete the application available
at: 
http://www.anchasl.org/ANCHASL_renewal06.pdf
 
and send it with your check for $15 to Martha Preddie at the Federal
Medical Center, P.O. Box 1600, Butner, NC 27509  
 
If you put your check and application in the mail on Thursday, June 29,
please e-mail me so we can be sure to include your name, address, phone,
fax and e-mail address in the Mid-Year directory. Otherwise, we'll get
you in on the next edition to be published around the time of our Fall
meeting.
