[Anchasl-l] Consortium Disaster Plans & Mutual Aid Agreements

I am compiling a list of North Carolina libraries that have a consortium 
disaster plan or mutual aid agreement with other cultural institutions 
(libraries, archives, museums, historic sites, etc).  If you have a mutual 
aid agreement I would appreciate you sending me a contact name with phone 
number and email address of the disaster coordinator.  Please send
