[Anchasl-l] Survey Monkey and ANCHASL access

Has anyone had difficulty logging on to Survey Monkey?  My office workstation is having a real problem.  I put in the correct ANCHASL login information (the 2007 login) and am immediately greeted as a guest.  I try again (very carefully!), then reboot or shut down and try again, but have the same problem - the login is not being recognized.  One time when I came back the next day, it worked, and I was in as an ANCHASL person, but since that time it has not worked.  I do not know what I did differently.  It has to do with my specific computer, since I have no trouble with other nearby computers.  If anyone else has had this problem and has found a reason and/or a solution, I would very much like to hear about it before calling in my IM troops.  Thanks!!
