[Anchasl-l] Free Journal display furniture offered

Because we have trimmed our print journal subscriptions, we have more
journal display furniture than we need.  To keep our large journal
display shelving unit out of the trash bin, we are offering it to any
library that can come retrieve the shelving and move it out of our
library.  We know of one company that could break down and set up the
shelves for a fee if that service is needed. 
 
Here are details: 
~The shelves are 13 years old and are in fantastic shape.  
~The unit measures 21.5 feet long by 5 feet 5.5 inches high by 2 feet
8.25 inches deep.  They can be separated into smaller units, but would
require additional end pieces or placement of one end against a wall.
~Shelves line both sides.  
~It will display 168 journals with 3 journals per shelf and hold volume
issues behind the display flippers.  
~The top, ends and stanchions of the metal unit are clad in mahogany-
or cherry-stained wood.
