[Anchasl-l] Scholarships for ANCHASL's Program: Disaster Preparedness and Response

ANCHASL Continuing Education Scholarship 

In order to help defray the costs of attending meetings, program and conferences for students and librarians with limited budgets, ANCHASL (the Association of North Carolina Health and Science Libraries) is offering Continuing Education Scholarships for the June 15, 2007 ANCHASL Meeting and CE: Disaster Preparedness and Response for Medical Libraries.  Eligible applicants, who are approved for an award, will be reimbursed for their registration fees.

To be eligible for a Continuing Education Scholarship Program award, you must be: 
·a current member of ANCHASL 
·a North Carolina resident or working at a library or information services organization located within the state of North Carolina 
Student applicants must be enrolled in a library and information degree program within the state of North Carolina.

To apply for an award to attend this meeting, please complete the attached form and send to the chair of the CE Scholarship Program at the address or fax number listed on the application.  The deadline for submissions is May 25th.  All who make application will be notified of award recipients no later than June 4th.
