To anyone who still has a secret desire to participate in the paper and 
poster sessions at the MAC/MLA Annual Meeting in Baltimore in October, 
it's not too late to send in your proposal!  You may submit abstracts 
until the end of this week.  More information about the poster and paper 
sessions is on the Conference website at 
http://www.hshsl.umaryland.edu/mac2007/papersposters.cfm.  (While you're 
at the website, take a look at all the conference information that's 
recently been added - schedule of events, information about the speakers 
and hotel, and registration page, with list of roundtable topics and CE 
offerings!)

Contributed paper abstracts should be submitted to Anne Powers at 
power003 at mc.duke.edu.

Poster abstracts should be sent to Cathy Jordan at 
celticroze at chesapeake.net.

Please submit two copies of the abstract as Word attachments.  Include a 
list of authors, their institutional affiliations, e-mail addresses, and 
telephone numbers with the first copy.  The second copy will be used in a 
blind review process and should not include any information identifying 
the authors or their institutions.  Abstracts may be up to 300 words in 
length.

It's going to be a fantastic meeting in a great city, so don't let the 
opportunity to present a paper or poster in Baltimore pass you by!
