Dear MAC Members: 
 
Thank you very much for sending in your proposals for papers and posters 
for the 2007 Annual Meeting in October.  The response exceeded our 
expectations, and we are delighted over your wish to share information 
about collaborations, recipes for success, research, and new uses of 
technology with your MAC colleages in Baltimore.

Everyone who submitted a proposal before the July 6 deadline should have 
heard from us confirming receipt.  In order to be certain that we have not 
missed proposals due to e-mail SPAM blockers or for any other reason, we 
have a favor to ask.  If you sent a paper proposal to Anne Powers or a 
poster proposal to Cathy Jordan and HAVE NOT received confirmation, please 
contact us.

For posters, please email Cathy Jordan at celticroze at chesapeake.net.  For 
papers, please email Anne Powers at power003 at mc.duke.edu.  You may also 
call Anne Powers regarding either type of submission at 919/660-1128.  If 
you have any doubts about whether a paper or poster proposal was received, 
please don't hesitate to call!
