Subject
FW: Survey: Librarians and Remote User Education

Good afternoon,
My name is Jaime Friel Blanck. I am a librarian at the Health Sciences
and Human Services Library at the University of Maryland, Baltimore. I am
conducting a web-based survey of librarians who have created or taught at
least one distance education course. I am investigating the types of
technology utilized by librarians and the personnel requirements involved
in delivering remote library instruction.
If you are willing to participate in the survey, please click on the link
below to complete the web-based survey. The survey includes 26 questions
and should take between 10 and 15 minutes to complete. The survey will be
open for three weeks, starting Friday, October 5, 2007 and ending Friday,
October 25, 2007. The link to the survey is:

Your responses are strictly confidential and no identifying links exist
between responses and the individual responding. Only combined data will
be reported.
If you have any questions or would like a copy of the survey results,
please contact me using the information below.
Thank you for your time. I appreciate your participation.
