Lunch will begin at 11:45 AM.  The business meeting will include reports 
from officers and committee chairs, service recognition, and results of 
the election of officers.  The business meeting will conclude at 1:00 PM.

Location is the William and Ida Friday Center for Continuing Education at 
the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  100 Friday Center Drive, 
Chapel Hill, NC 27599-1020.
