The Librarians' Association at UNC-Chapel Hill (LAUNCCH) invites you
to attend the LAUNC-CH 2010 Annual Conference: Creating a User
Centered Library on Monday, March 8th, 2010.

Please join us for an engaging discussion on March 8th, 2010 on about how
libraries from Charlotte to Raleigh are making their libraries more
user-centric.

Our Keynote speakers will be Mike Olsen, Dawn Hubbs, and Barbara
Tierney from University of North Carolina, Charlotte.  They will be
talking about the ethnographic user study, they conducted at UNC-C's
Atkins Library that tried to answer the question, "What do you do?"
