ANCHASL's membership year runs from January to December. Because my term as membership chair will end at the conclusion of our Fall program and meeting, here is a reminder to those who have not yet joined or renewed. The online list was updated today, http://www.anchasl.org/members11.html

If you have joined or renewed and cannot find the acknowledgement email with your passwords to the members only portion of the ANCHASL website or to Survey Monkey, feel free to email me and I will send them. The 2011 Membership Directory will be completed shortly after the Fall meeting. Don't be left out!

As a member of the listserv you received a reminder today to register and attend our upcoming program, Losing Space? Challenges and Creative Solutions! on Friday, Sept 16, at ECU in Greenville, N.C. Please register by Monday, 9/12.

If you are current with dues, you received a ballot by email last Thursday (8/25) to vote for 2012 officers, due by Wednesday, 9/14. If you haven't, please contact me!

We are planning a just-for-fun reception on Tuesday, October 11, starting at 5:30 p.m. at the Omni Richmond Hotel. I hope to see many of you there! If you are attending the MAC-MLA meeting, it is best to inquire about carpooling or roommates through the MAC listserv, although you do have a targeted NC audience here!
