[Anchasl-l] Apply for ANCHASL Scholarship for 2012 Spring Meeting and C.E.

Planning to join us for the Spring ANCHASL Meeting and C.E.: "Peeling the Onion (Clinical Informatics)" on April 20, 2012 in Asheville, NC? Please apply for one of the scholarships being offered.

The Board has authorized the Scholarship Committee to award up to three scholarships for this meeting and C.E. The award will cover your registration and part of your travel expenses. Recipients with a short commute will receive an award of $75. In order to encourage participation by those members living more than 90 miles from the meeting location, an additional $100 will be made available to them for travel costs, for an award amount of $175.

Complete and return the attached form to me by the end of the day on Friday, March 30. (The application is also available on the ANCHASL Web site, http://www.anchasl.org/.) We'll notify recipients by Friday, April 6.
