Rarely get out anymore, but had to see what Machholz found in an RV-6
(my first scope - although mine didn't have all the hours and hours of
observing time). Found the map on space.com (
http://www.space.com/spacewatch/comet_winter_040917.html ) andI went out
with my 11X80s and found it easily in a dark patch of sky. It was all
head and no tail, but I decided not to try to make a bad pun.

Although I could not be sure that I could see it without them, it was
nice and bright and I thought I could.
