[Chaos-l] Public session at Cornwallis Hills.

Hi Peter.  Thanks for offering to help on this one.  I do think it's
worth going, as the HOA seem to think they'll get a pretty good turnout
of mixed-ages.  Even if they can't do anything about the streetlight,
we'll still have a 1st-quarter moon, at least one planet, and double
stars and a couple of the brighter clusters to look at.  The site itself
is actually a pretty good spot for a public session, except for the
streetlight.
