[Chaos-l] CHAOS meeting Tues. Sept. 13

Matt Fleenor, a UNC grad student in the Dept. of Astronomy and Physics, is the speaker at the upcoming CHAOS meeting this coming Tues. evening at 7 pm in the Slant Room at East Chapel Hill High School.  The title of his talk is "Filaments and Empty Places:  Observations and Modelling of Large-Scale Astrophysical Structures."  He assures me that there will be plenty of pictures and only a few equations!  There will also be a "What's Up" review of observing targets and planning for the rest of the fall including November's  Mid-Atlantic Star Party (MASP).
