[Chaos-l] Updated observing schedule for 2006: 2 sessions per month.

Hi all.  Coming soon to a website near you (i.e., we haven't been able
to update the CHAOS pages yet):

For 2006 CHAOS is scheduling 2 official observing sessions each month,
one at the dark site on the weekend closest to the new moon, and one at
Farrington on the Saturday closest to last-quarter moon.  The dates are
listed in the table below. Couple of things to note:

   o The dark-site sessions are scheduled for Fridays, 
     with rain-dates on Saturdays
   o The Farrington sessions are scheduled for Saturdays, 
     with no rain-dates.
   o I threw in some of the major meteor showers in addition
     to regular sessions.
   o With the Morehead session at 1st-quarter moon, there are 
     now _3_ CHAOS-related observing sessions each month.
   o Since we're allowed to publish the directions to Farrington,
     it's not required to meet at ECHHS.  I'll probably still drop
     by the bus lot for about 10 minutes before going on to 
     Farrington, but going direct is OK.
   o Spontaneous sessions at Farrington are still fine.
