[Chaos-l] Web site observing pages updated: may need to clear cache

Hi all.  The web site observing sessions page has been updated, but you
may need to clear your browser's cache to see it.  The two CHAOS
observing sites (Farrington and the dark site) have been given their own
pages, with links off the observing page.

Let me know if there are any issues with these updates.
