[Chaos-l] Another new page: please review/comment

Got another page for you to look at.  This is intended to be a 5-minute
"how to start right" page, and there will eventually be a link to it
from the "welcome" home page.  The main audience should be
"astro-curious" visitors.  There will eventually be links from each
section to full articles, but it's gonna take me a while fill in that
much stuff, especially if i have to retype it from hard-copy.  Hopefully
i'll find my archived web pages when i resurrect our '90s era Mac.

It isn't yet linked from the welcome page.  I'd like a bit of feedback
