[Chaos-l] Updated web pages...

Hi all.  I've updated the Chaos Calendar to show April/May.  If you have
any April or May events to be added, please send them on to me.

I've also updated the "Starting Right" page based on feedback several
people sent to me.  Last chance to look it over before it "goes public"!

Thanks again to all those who offered comments or corrections.  You're
helping make the web page a better resource.
