[Chaos-l] Updated web pages 4/10/2006

Hi all.  I've made (mostly small) updates to the following web pages:

  o Main (welcome) page: added link to "Starting Right" in the first
paragraph.
  o Printable membership application now ask how applicant first heard
about CHAOS.
  o Dark-site page now has links to printable version of release form.
