[Chaos-l] More web page updates (doesn't that guy every quit tinkering?).

Hi all.  I've updated the officers page to reflect the election  
results.  but, where _did_ the officer's page go?  I modified the  
menu in the left-hand frame to combine several entries under the  
heading "Members Section".  If you click on that, you'll see the  
officer's link, a minutes link, the dark-site release, and the CHAOS  
image gallery.

Why the change?  I wanted to add the minutes, and we were running out  
of real estate on the main menu.  This also allows for future  
expansion of the members section.
