[Chaos-l] Interesting Picture In An Article

Dr. Alan Friedman is an amazing photographer and his work is seen throughout 
the web.  He has a brief tutorial on web cam photography and his photos 
appear in Sky and Telescope, Astronomy and numerous other publications.  He 
uses an Astro-Physics 10" Maksutov-Cassegrain on an AP 1200 mount.  The 
processing is done on a Macintosh computer.  The picture of Jupiter and 
Ganymede are fantastic and rival the Hubble photos.  His lunar, Mars and 
Saturn shots are the same quality.  Even considering the $25K in equipment, 
he must have some great processing technique.  I am waiting for him to 
photograph a volcanic eruption on Io.
