[Chaos-l] Observing Tonight

Everyone,

As I'm sure you are all aware, we are supposed to be getting some 
cloud cover and storms tonight ... which will last throughout the 
weekend.  So I'm expecting the observing session tonight to be 
postponed, but I'll hold off for a few hours to make the final 
decision (or defer to any of the other folks if they want to take 
over the decision-making).  I will make a final decision around 3 PM today.
