[Chaos-l] Web pages updated: Meetings, Chaos Calendar, RA

Hi all.  I've just updated quite a few of the CHAOS web pages.  The
changes were:

O Updated meetings pages for new Carol Woods location.
O Updated Chaos Calendar for October and November.
O Added some illustrations to the Recreational Astronomer Meteor and
Buying Telescopes pages.
