Our special observing session at Little River Regional Park is this 
Friday, Nov. 10, from 7-9 pm.

It is listed in the MPSC skywatching page as below:

"On Friday, Nov. 10, MPSC will join members of the Chapel Hill 
Astronomical and Observational Society for a special stargazing session 
at the Little River Regional Park in northern Orange County. Join us, 
7–9 p.m. (rain date Nov. 17), for this free program. For more 
information and directions, visit the park's Web site or call (919) 
732-5505."

I have just talked with Ranger Mike this morning. He is predicting clear 
skies and a crowd of over 100 people. He is coordinating parking and dim 
lighting (including headlights) at the park.

So far I am expecting Josh, Jayme, Jon, and Richard to be joining us, 
but everyone is welcome. Please pass the message along to CHAOS folks 
and especially to friends and neighbors in the northern part of the county.
