[Chaos-l] Stargazing Friday Night at WCPE

Everyone,

I'm planning on going to the WCPE stargazing session (mentioned in 
some e-mails on the listserv) ... depending on (1) the sky conditions 
(which are looking pretty good at the moment), and (2) a response 
back from one of the gentlemen about when exactly the session starts 
and stops.  I just sent him an e-mail asking if we could setup early 
and (politely) stay late ... and I will post the response on the 
listserv when I receive it.    If we can only access the site 
starting at 10 PM, and have to leave around midnight, it won't be 
worth driving 45 minutes each way and taking 30 minutes to setup and 
tear down the scope.   But if we can go earlier and/or stay later, 
then I would like to do it.

Assume at the moment I'm going.   Do we need to tell someone at WCPE 
that we're coming and how many?
