Ok, the official word from WCPE is that the meteor
showers are their peak around 10pm - 2am, so those are
the official hours of the event.  
There is no problem for people to arrive very early,
e.g. 6 pm and stay there until sunrise.  Bring along a
good blanket and a thermos of hot chocolate, since I
doubt that you can start a campfire, as this is
business property.
How many people are you expecting from your
organization?
Tell WCPE that your are friends of IEEE, it makes us
look far more organized than we are ;>
