[Chaos-l] "Time" for Observing Session This Month

Everyone,

The CHAOS website says that we would congregate at the East Chapel Hill HS 
bus lot at 6 PM for the caravan to the dark site for our observing session 
this month (on March 16th or 17th).  But I think Congress (in their 
infinite wisdom) has decided that daylight savings time changes earlier 
this year (the morning of the 11th, I seem to remember).  So would we 
actually meet at 7 PM instead?
