[Chaos-l] Lunar Eclipse Viewing

Everyone,

Last night's eclipse viewing was a great success for CHAOS and the Morehead 
Planetarium!  While the moon was ghostly when it first appeared (see 
http://www.spaceweather.com/eclipses/03mar07/smith1.jpg) for a view from 
Stoneville, NC that resembled what we first saw through the trees), it 
looked very nice as the sky darkened.   And in addiiton to the moon, we 
showed folks M42 and Saturn (I especially enjoyed everyone's expressions of 
delight when they saw Saturn through my telescope).
