[Chaos-l] Litlle River Observing session

The Little River observing night had a small but enthusiastic crowd of
maybe 25 to 30 people. Mickey Jo Sorrell and Richard McColeman from
Morehead were there. Robert Nielsen and I were there from CHAOS. Mike and
Ariel Lemon brought there 10" Dob out and help show the wonders of the
sky. 

The clouds stayed away so we had decent skies to observe. Much better than
last time. We had the scopes pointed at M42 and Saturn much of the time.
M51 was dim but viewable. All in all, it was a good night to observe and
the people there were very appreciative of our be there to share our
telescopes. Mickey and Mike DiFabio, the parks Ranger, are making plans
already to do it again in the fall. So be ready.
