[Chaos-l] CHAOS calendar updated on web page for July/Aug

Hi all.  I finally managed to update the CHAOS calendar on the webpage
for July/August. This includes the special monthly meeting at Jayme's
house for discussion of the donated scopes and observing, as well as the
Perseid sessions in August.
