Everyone,

If you are interested in observing with your club members, or folks
from the Morehead Planetarium, there are numerous chances this weekend:

(1) There is an observing session at Little River Regional Park
(http://www.enoriver.org/eno/parks/LittleRiverPark.html) hosted by
the Morehead Planetarium from 7-9 PM. The cloud cover looks like it
*may* cooperate 'til then. I plan on attending this session tonight.

(2) There is a Morehead Planetarium observing session tomorrow
(Saturday) night at their usual spot, the Ebenezer Church Recreation
Area from 6-8 PM. Directions can be found at
http://moreheadplanetarium.org/index.cfm?fuseaction=page&filename=skywatch_calendar.html.
The planetarium really appreciates our help, so if you can come and
help folks see the wonders of the sky (including Comet Holmes ...
which is pretty easy to find), please think about attending this.

(3) There will be a caravan to the CHAOS Dark Sky site tomorrow
leaving the ECHHS bus parking lot at 7 PM (note the time change from
the time posted on our web site). I plan on attending that one as well.

And of course, you can (and should) just get out in your backyard and
observe ... if you don't want to travel!

Robert
