Once we restore the 5 telescopes, how will they be used?  If we are going to 
seek money to pay for mirror services, it would be quite helpful to have a 
vision for the scopes.

If we can't come up with the money, would we be willing to sell one of the 
restored scopes?  I imagine that the sale would cover most of our costs.  We 
would just need a small loan until we were ready to sell one, which would not 
be hard to come by.

Do we have a firm quote yet for the mirror services?  Can we get a discount?

I'm excited about the project, so I'm just looking for ways to help it move 
forward.
