[Chaos-l] Web pages updated: Meetings and Observing Session schedules

Hi all.  Believe it or not, I finally managed to update the Meeting and
Observing Session dates on the web page.  The "CHAOS" Calendar is still
in progress, but I did at least remove the obsolete info.

A couple of changes from last year. Duke Teaching Observatory no longer
has sessions every Friday.  Morehead sessions are often the Saturday of
new-moon weekend, instead of 1st-quarter weekends.  Therefore, I've
included the DTO session for the 1st-quarter weekend every month.
