A theory to consider: The increased ranger/patrol
activity may well be a reaction to the recently
reported "inappropriate sexual activity",
apparently on the east side of Jordan Lake! I
expect the Special Permit route may well be our
best solution but it might be smart to wait for a
cooling off period to assure NCWC's calm &
thoughtful consideration of such a request from CHAOS. Just a hunch!
Does Moorhead Planetarium have a permit for
Ebenezer State Park usage? We might check with Amy Sayles as well.
BTW, no stargazing in the nude this summer y'all! >:-}
