[Chaos-l] Special use permit of Boating Access Area

I second the motion to discuss this on Tuesday.

How long have we been going to Farrington?  At whatever point we make a case 
for a permit, it will be nice to say "We've been enjoying the use of 
Farrington for X years without incident."
