[Chaos-l] phone list

I am interested in having a club-distributed phone list.  Perhaps this already 
exists?  It would have been a big help last night.  Mark happened to have my 
number and called to warn me about the rangers.  Of the other people who I 
knew intended to go out, I only had the phone number for one.  Had I 
possessed a phone list, I would have called all of them.

Moreover, on a questionable night, someone may want to call an early arriver 
to get a live report on the viewing conditions.  So, how about it?
