[Chaos-l] Farrington vs BigWoods, pros and cons

At this point, it seems that both Farrington and
Bigwoods sites are a posibility.

I though I'd voice my views regarding very personal
pros and cons of each site.

Farrington Pros
1) People can just show up (and leave)as per their
convenience, No Worries about co-ordinating with a
keys-carrying member.
2) Being a public access area MAY provide a sense of
security at night, rather than being isolated (I
recognise this can work the opposite also)
3) THe joint viewing with Frog hollow Paddling Under
the Stars can continue

Farrington Cons
1) Being bathed in the bright headlights as vehicles
load and unload (sometimes for 20 mts), and frequent
vehicular traffic is a bit bothersome to me.
2) Being a public access area MAY provide a sense of
INsecurity at night, rather than being isolated at
night (I recognise this can work the opposite also)

Bigwoods pros 
1) No worries about vehicular headlights, 
2) For me specifically, provides me with a sense of
security, especially if alone and behind locked gates.

Bigwoods cons
1) Coordinating with a keys carrying member, who will
be responsible for opening, and more importanly
locking, may be difficult at times (but certainly
possible)
2) Frog Hollow viewing session a distinct casualty
(but may be covered as a special permit since it is
community outreach ..and associated with boats).
