I am list-lurker (not a CHAOS member) and so don¹t feel comfy taking on too
active a role in this struggle. Your idea is a sound one.
In fact, I think that US Rep David Price would be sympathetic to including
an ³earmark² to fund dark sites within the 4th CD and elsewhere. Using NCWC
lands in this manner makes makes great economic and political sense.
I recommend resending your message later from home. Send the aerial view as
an image file because readers may not be able to open an MS Word file.
Seems like CHAOS needs a ³legislative liaison² to lobby for our share of the
publicly-owned darkness.
