The email I sent to the legislators from Orange is just one voice. In a
democracy, the more voices the better and the more powerful.

Each CHAOS member should draft their own note on the issue of dark sites at
NCWC lands. If you are personally acquainted with any, than a phone call or
visit is even more effective.

Stress the public education role that CHAOS undertakes, especially for
school-age children and their parents.
