[Chaos-l] Farrington permit letter

Since this is taking a while, I'd like to send the guy an email along the 
lines of:

"Thank you so much for supporting science in our community by allowing CHAOS 
to continue using the Farrington facility for amateur astronomy.  As the 
weather is turning warmer, we are eagerly anticipating the arrival of our 
permit.  With your help, we look forward to resuming use soon."

Any objections or suggestions?  If not, mind sharing the guy's email address?
