Hi Erik,

Here are the dates that we would most likely use the boat ramp.

March 26,2008 through April 13,2008
April 26,2008 through May 13,2008
May 24, 2008 through June 12,2008
June 23,2008 through July 12,2008
July 23,2008 through August 10,2008
August 21,2008 through September 10,2008
September 19,2008 through October 9,2008
October 18,2008 through November 8,2008
November 17,2008 through December 7,2008
December 17,2008 through January 5,2009

These dates cover the darkest nights at the ramp that we would like to have
our observing events. Weather pending of course.

The above dates take us from a waning gibbous moon through a waxing
gibbous moons of 2008-1/2009. Observing during the full moon doesn't require the
dark skies of the ramp.

I hope these dates are acceptable.

Sincerely,

Jayme

President

Hey Erik,

Sorry I haven't responded earlier, I have been out of town in Cleveland
OH playing in the snow. I've had enough snow for this year.

Let me talk with the people who like to use the ramp and we'll see if we
can come up with some dates. I'll get back to you soon.

Thanks,

Jayme

Hey Jayme,
Special use permits are set up to be issued for specific dates. This
allows us to notify Enforcement and Maintenance staff as to when events
will take place. Is there anyway you can provide dates as to when you
would like to hold your events?

Mr Christofferson,

Here is a draft of the formal request for Farrington Boat Ramp
privileges.
A hard copy of this letter is in the mail and you should be receiving it
early
next week. I hope this is adequate. I have also enclosed an areal view
of the parking
lot and I have circled the area we intend to use while we are there.

Thank you very much once again.

Sincerely,
